I
specialize in near coastal deliveries ranging from Chatham, MA on Cape
Cod to Houston, Texas. If it's a delivery of a boat that you've
just bought, I highly encourage you to make the trip with me. You
can learn quite a bit about your new boat on a shake down cruise with a
professional captain by your side. I am extremely conservative in
my time projections and my delivery approach. My number one goal
is for the safety of the crew and the boat. Check out these two

taken boats out for weddings, bachelorette parties, spreading of ashes,
aniversaries, marriage proposals, etc. There are many great
charter destinations here on the West Coast of Florida. Give me a

Provisioning/Cook

I
have plated over 2000 meals from boat galleys as a professional boat
chef. My dinner meals range over many cuisines. My dinner
prep to plate on the table time is about an hour. Meals range
from Ciopino Bianci Prima Vera to Vietnamese Bun, to Irish Colcannon,
to Roast Pork Cuban Style to All American Steak and Potatoes. You
can hire me to cook for you or I can help you prepare a meal plan and
